not sure how many of u had heard bout it, i just got to know about it since few months ago...
i got myself a unit and had try on different type of foods from different source.
this is the effect after about 20min i did to a palm size of salmon which is about 1.5cm thick:
i did try on the domestic fish i bought from wetmarket and the result wont be this bad, which means the domestic fish from wetmarket had less preservative.
Dory fish i bought from hypermarket which is imported from various country will generate the same results as the salmon.
the bubbles is actually preservative being add on to the food, after dry up it will turn to a layer of plastic with some elasticity.
